JOB TITLE: Digital business intelligence
DUTY STATION: Kyotera and Rakai Districts
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
University degree in information Technology, information management, statistics and related field Have good knowledge in data management.
Having basic knowledge of coffee sector.
Good communication skills.
Willingness to be based in assigned remote locations and spend significant time in rural areas.
Computer literate with good command of Microsoft Office.
Be of age 35 years and below.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Helping in creating and maintaining documentation including requirements, design and user manual of business intelligence process.
Collaborate with organization’s team and eternal partners to design surveys for data collection in the field and / within the organization.
Participate in the training on use of mobile digital tools and information gathering within the organization Helping in monitoring and control of the quality of data collected which includes flagging out any abnormalities in the data.
Participate in training sessions on data analysis, commercial monitoring dashboards and different information insights reports.
Escalate technical data issues to the relevant team for resolution, and identity development needs and opportunities to improve strategies with technology solutions.
Facilitate coffee organization’s staff in using quality data for decision making.
Any other relevant duties assigned by the supervisor.
